The check-in that puts something in your calendar
Rating your life out of ten and closing the window changes nothing. The monthly check-in can now turn a low score into one small, specific, recurring commitment - in your actual calendar, with a date to look again.

The standard criticism of every wheel-of-life exercise, made most sharply by coaches who use it professionally, is that a completed wheel without follow-up is an interesting afternoon and nothing more.

The correctives they converge on are specific. Cap the focus at a maximum of three areas, because more produces scattered effort. Make the first step observable - “exercise more” is not a commitment, “a thirty minute walk on Tuesday and Thursday morning” is. And define the moment you look again.

What happens now

After a Life Progress check-in, PlanJour offers you the areas you scored lowest and proposes a small, specific, recurring commitment in that part of your life. Accept it and it goes straight into your calendar as a real repeating event - not a note, not an intention, an appointment.

At the next check-in, it shows you whether it held.

Why this one matters more than it looks

PlanJour is one of very few products that owns both halves: the assessment and the calendar it should feed. Coaching tools have the wheel and no calendar. Calendars have no idea what you think of your own life. Holding both is the entire reason this app exists, and until now the two halves were not actually joined.
